This sketchbook is the perfect companion to the Art & Mindfulness sessions and art exercises offered through Mindful Art Center. The spiral bound sketchbook is compact, easy to carry with you, and works well with most media. It is highly recommended that you use your sketchbook for the art Art & Mindfulness exercises as well as for journaling your process.

The sketchbook consists of:

  • brown kraft cardstock paper cover, stamped on the front with the Mindful Art Center logo.
  • filled with 50 pages of cream colored unlined paper at 100gsm thick, suitable for most materials.
  • * NOTE * I tested the paper with a variety of pens, pencils, and paint to make sure it would work with your favorite materials. (I don’t recommend using watercolor on this, but it wasn’t too bad).
