“Kelly’s Art & Mindfulness sessions have taught me about how doing art can be centering, calming, and healing. She helped me through some difficult days and now I’m able to turn to art when my head is spinning.”

I’m not an artist. Can I still participate in art therapy?

Absolutely! You don’t need any prior art experience to benefit from the experience of art therapy.

What kind of art supplies do I need?

You can participate – and benefit – with simply a piece of paper and a pencil. However, it’s recommended that you also have colored pencils, markers, and paint. If you are looking to purchase your own supplies, I have a list of my favorites here: DickBlick.com

Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance. All services can be registered for and purchased through the website with many payments choices and plans.

How long is a session?

Both individual and group art therapy telehealth sessions are 50 minutes.

Do you provide in-person art therapy?

Individual in-person art therapy services are available in Livonia.  View the Calendar for booking.
