Description
This abstract embroidery kit has everything you need in one place to create your own stitch therapy healing abstract embroidery art piece.
This process is an active meditation designed to improve your emotional well-being through the act of personal expression.
Fiber arts have been a source of comfort and community forever, from the blankets with wrap babies in to quilting circles where we gather to stitch and heal.
The very act of creative expression is healing! Every Art & Mindfulness experience from Mindful Art Center is designed to combine art therapy and neuroscience to help you achieve a calmer, more resilient nature.
Trust in the process and allow yourself to be fully present in the experience of this professionally designed self-care exercise.
