Art & Mindfulness sessions are creative exercises designed to develop self-awareness and facilitate personal growth.

This 6 week series for college age folks begins Thursday April 1, 2021 at 3pm online via Zoom. You will receive a link to the session when you register as well as a reminder the day of each live session.
In each session we will explore a topic related to our thoughts and they relate to our mindset and our choices.
We will create art together while holding the intention of the session, then engage in a safe and supportive discussion.
The program will also include a personal email check-in for each participant during the week to discuss the topic further.
All sessions are facilitated by Kelly Darke, registered art therapist, artist, and author.
The cost is $180 for the entire 6 week program and includes the live session and email follow up each week.
Required art supplies (not included): paper, pen or pencil
Suggested / optional art supplies in addition to paper and pencil: markers, colorful pens, and colored pencils
