“Kelly’s Art & Mindfulness sessions have taught me about how doing art can be centering, calming, and healing. She helped me through some difficult days and now I’m able to turn to art when my head is spinning.”

I’m not an artist. Can I still participate in art therapy?

Absolutely! You don’t need any prior art experience to benefit from the experience of art therapy.

What kind of art supplies do I need?

You can participate – and benefit – with simply a piece of paper and a pencil. However, it’s recommended that you also have colored pencils, markers, and paint. If you are looking to purchase your own supplies, I have a list of my favorites here: DickBlick.com

Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance. If you absolutely need to use your insurance for mental health services, I can refer other art therapists you are able to accept insurance.

What are your fees?

Individual art therapy telehealth is $150 per session. For groups, refer to Art & Mindfulness

How long is a session?

Both individual and group art therapy telehealth sessions are 50 minutes.

Do you provide in-person art therapy?

Currently, in-person art therapy services are provided for corporate Art & Mindfulness programs only (with very few exceptions). Please email if you would like to discuss this option.
